Hello all I know this blog needs attention, wow, it is a BUSY time of year. How about you? For me May is crazy busy full of school programs, recitals, field trips, gift making, family outings, spring tennis, soccer try-outs, Memorial day activites, plus Justin is graduating from high school, the list could go on and on. How do I stay sane with all the demands? I take a deep breath and use paper plates, no seriously.
For the rest of the year I avoid using paper plates but when schedules get so busy and we aren't able to sit down for dinner at the same time, paper plates save the day. That way the dishwasher has room for everything so dishes aren't covering the counter driving me crazy.
as for my scrapbooking life, it is super busy also, in a good way
Teaching in Virigina at GASC for Big Picture Classes
and this next event I am so super thrilled to be participating in, let alone teaching...
Yes friends, I am team teaching with BF Stacy Julian. My project is dang cute IRL. Can't wait!! (and so looking forward to chatting with my pal, Cathy Z.
Thanks for stopping by and welcome to May's blog hop. The theme is remember me. I wanted to share a page I made showcasing different childhood birthdays of mine. It seems that I always have a picture of my birthday. What I remember about my childhood birthdays is that my mom always made it special, we got breakfast in bed, a day off our household chores, a dinner of our choosing, and a fun cake with presents. Each birthday she made each of us kids feel special and well, celebrated.Isn't that what birthdays are all about anyway?
How did your family celebrate you? How do you celebrate those you love? Snap some photos and make a page sharing how you celebrate loved ones. Thanks for stopping by!
