You know those times when being a parent feels so amazing and you feel like the luckiest person alive.
I had one of those moments with my oldest son Tay. Parenting him has always been a challenge. He is of course the first so everything is new, however some of the challenges we have had exceed normal growing pains.
He has included Kent and I in his prom plans this weekend and we have jumped in to assist him. Saturday evening i snapped some photos of him before he went to pick up his date and wow, this is my baby boy.
It is crazy that he is going to senior prom,
crazy that he is so dang handsome,
crazy that he is graduating from high school next month,
crazy that he is nearing independence,
crazy that I have four more sons behind him.

This is so nicely said! This should be turned right into a scrapbook page--journaling and all.
