SO my friend miss Stacy came up with a fun way to motivate her kids this summer and I decided to do it for my younger three kids.
My version is below
Bingo Rules
You can get a new bingo card each week (or play on your old one)
Mom or Dad give you the sticker (keeping you honest)
Each Bingo gets a ticket
Redeem tickets
1 ticket = one hour of TV
2 tickets= one hour of computer
3 tickets = sleep over or friend over
4 tickets = $5.00 towards movie, treat, or activity
Blackout = you suggest
i placed the cards and tickets in a cute container on the kitchen counter. I didn't have any carnival like tickets so I just used a tiny notebook and stamped the little pages.

Thanks Wendy! I am actually going to have to wait to start our BINGO as my kids are each spending a week individually with their grandparents. So after the 4th of July weekend, it's GAME TIME.
